Application Method:

• Self-approach from the Parents/Carers
• Invite by the School Social Worker
• Referral by School staff
• Referral by Other Social Services

Exit Method:

• The counselling plan and goals agreed upon have been achieved.
• The child is no longer attending the preschool unit for the service.
• The child has moved on to primary school.
• The service user requests to terminate the service due to personal reasons.  
  (Parents need to contact the school social worker for assessment.)
